Calpe Summer Cycling Week

We are delighted to announce our spring cycling week which will be based at the 4 star Gran Hotel Sol y Mar where many World Tour teams base themselves over the winter months.

Included in the tour:

Half board accommodation (breakfast and evening meal)

Daily led rides with high ride leader/guest ratio

Support car for at least one epic ride

Sports nutrition including gels, bars etc from 226ers.

With average temperature highs of 26 degrees and daily sunshine of 10 hours, enjoy some summer cycling in Calpe.

Sample Itinerary:

Day 1 - After arriving, bike set up and rider briefing, a 50km (900m) loop into the Jalón valley (for riders arriving in Calpe before 2pm)

Day 2 - A 80km (1,500m)  ride in to the Jalón valley up the famous Coll de Rates.

Day 3 - A 95km (1,600m) ride including the Petracos climb and Vall de Ebo descent.

​Day 4 - A 75km (1,000m) route featuring the cove of Grandella.

Day 5 - A 90km (1,600m) ride including the climb of Vall de Ebo.

​Day 6 - A 100km (1,800m) epic ride to the historic town of Guadalest, overlooking the turquoise lake.

​Day 7 - A 75km (1,100m) coastal route with a cafe stop at the picture perfect El Portet.

Register with a €200 deposit - we will send a payment link to pay the remaining balance at least 30 days before the start of the trip

We can also provide Ridley Fenix SL carbon bike hire from only €20 per day.
